— Specification-First Methodology

Every stage documented. Every tolerance verified.

We build from your specification, not a stock approach. From first RFQ to final delivery, the process record is complete and ships with the part.

/ How We Work

Three stages, zero handoffs.

Stage 01
Stage 02
Stage 03

RFQ and specification review

In-process CNC verification

Scale without changing vendors

Prototype and production run on the same tooling paths and process records. Tolerance continuity and documentation integrity are preserved from first article through full-rate delivery.

We review your drawings and tolerances before quoting. Custom tooling paths are scoped at this stage — material is not touched until the specification is locked and costed.

CNC log data is captured at every operation. Dimension callouts and surface finish readings are recorded in-process, not after the fact — available to your engineering team on request.

— Cycle-Tested Documentation

The process record ships with every part.

Dimensional reports, CNC logs, and cleanroom transfer records are compiled per order — not on request, as standard. Your quality team receives the same data our floor does.
